To promote women within the legal profession
To provide mentorship to women lawyers
To provide women lawyers with a forum for the exchange of ideas
To promote the equality of women within society and within the legal profession
To engage in efforts to eliminate bias against women
To support philanthropic and other efforts within the community to address the plight of women and children
To facilitate the involvement of women in positions of leadership within local, state and national bar associations, and
To facilitate the involvement of women in government and the community
